A very quick one (5 minute blog post?)..
Firstly I want to thank @TeacherToolkit for the 5 minute series and @DaK_74 for the fantastic idea of using it for a test analysis.
My fantastic year 11s did a PPE (Pre Public Exam) recently created by PiXL. I wanted a way for them to be able to reflect on how they had fared compared to previous assessments and compared to their personal target grades. I also wanted them to think about which areas they are confident in, which areas they understand but haven’t completely “stuck” and the areas they still need to learn. I also wanted to get a snapshot of what they are doing independently, how they can use their time effectively and what extra support they felt they needed. The modified version of @DaK_74‘s analysis worked extremely well and really helped them make use of the question by question analysis I had put together for them. I should also mention that we spent more than 5 minutes on this 🙂
Feel free to use as is or amend to suit your needs, but please leave the credits on there (this isn’t all my work to share!). Click the link below for the editable version.
